The E3 Customer Experience Conference, organized by Ejtemaat Saudi Arabia in collaboration with the Saudi CX Association, was a successful event hosted at Riyadh’s Crowne Plaza RDC. Bringing together 600+ CX professionals and leaders, the conference aimed to drive customer-centric growth and innovation in response to evolving industry landscapes.

Strategically partnered with KSA’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Tamkeen Technologies, the event revolved around the theme “The Secret to Revolutionizing Your Customer Experience.” The agenda explored topics like AI’s role in customer journeys, brand loyalty, and the $482.18M customer experience management market.

The conference launched the CX Saudi Excellence Programme by the Saudi CX Association, recognizing organizations like “Adaa” and the Digital Government Authority for their CX contributions. It also featured the signing of significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs), aligning with Vision 2030 to enhance the Kingdom’s experience economy.

With 50+ global speakers, the event emphasized the importance of trust and safety in the digital sphere. Supported by international partners, the E3 Customer Experience Conference 2023 showcased the results of customer-centric approaches, charting a bright path for the CX industry’s future.
