Dr. Mohammed Faisal AlShaibi is a highly experienced senior executive and a respected leader in the Saudi Arabian Information Technology (IT) community with strong personal and business relationships with many senior officials in the Saudi Government. With a passion to promote, design, and build Self Sustainable Programs (SSP) for the Government sector, Dr. Mohammed is also a strong believer in the adoption of Open Source solutions, technologies and products within the government sector. Bringing hands-on experience in implementing large National IT and Telecommunication programs, Dr. Mohammed also holds extensive experience in implementing Cybersecurity projects. Dr. Mohammed initially started his career in the government sector where he demonstrated his leadership abilities, and more recently have done so in the private sector as Vice President (VP) for Product Management and currently as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tamkeen Technologies, a government-owned IT Company. Throughout his career, he has been recognized by his peers for his ability to build and transform organizations by leading diverse groups of multinational professionals including both Saudi females and males to achieve high levels of success in a variety of different fields. He has strong technical qualifications and executive management skills with an impressive record of accomplishment in delivering corporate results, strategic planning, technology development, project and program management, and system engineering strategies. He has a proven ability to successfully analyze and communicate an organization's critical business requirements, identifying areas of growth, in addition, to deficiencies and potential opportunities, and to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions to achieve business objectives and improve customer service offerings.
