Event Summary

The E3 Customer Experience Conference’s second edition, co-hosted by Ejtemaat Events and CXSA Middle East, gathered 500+ stakeholders and global thought leaders in Riyadh from 7 – 9 June 2022. It was the region’s largest CX conference, spotlighting how customer centricity drives organizational change and individual growth. Mr. Abdullah M. Albahouth from GOSI addressed the challenges and opportunities of transitioning towards a customer-driven economy in the GCC, KSA particularly.

Keynotes and panels highlighted diverse CX success stories, underlining the unique governmental focus on CX in the GCC and KSA. HE Mr. Mohammed Al Jasser introduced the Saudi CX Club, and the GCC Customer Experience Awards were unveiled, acknowledging key industry contributors. The third day featured globally recognized Customer Experience Foundation Certification workshops in English and Arabic, emphasizing core CX principles in the evolving GCC landscape.
