Muhammad holds a BSD in Industrial Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a Master's in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. In his 18 years of experience in different sectors (Public, Private, and Non-Profit), he worked on different disciplinaries to enhance his knowledge and expertise to advance the applications of (User/Visitor Experience, Social Investment, Strategy Initialization, and Deployment, Innovation, Human Resources Applications, and Organizational Development) and, at the same time, increase the impact on civil society, especially at Makkah Al-Mukarramah by contributing to solving the challenges through designing products and services and social investment opportunities. He is currently acting as an Executive Director of Visitors Experience at the Royal Commission of Makkah City and the Holy Sites.
