William O Neill is the General Manager of Qualtrics Middle East. William joined Qualtrics in May 2017 and is responsible primarily for the strategy and growth of Qualtrics within the region. Prior to joining Qualtrics, he has served 7 years in the SaaS space in a multitude of roles with Citrix Systems. William earned his MSc in International Business Management from University College Dublin, Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
