Tuba Terekli is an international business development and investment leader with expertise in healthcare, innovation, and technology. She has served as Director of Hospitality at the International Medical Center, Chief Strategy Officer at Sukoon Healthcare Real Estate Development, and Advisor to the CEO of King’s College Hospital London in Jeddah. She co-founded Qotuf AlRiyadah, Saudi Arabia’s first private entrepreneurship foundation—later handed over to the Ministry of Commerce to form the basis of 140 national initiatives under Monsha’at—and launched Flat6Labs Jeddah, the Kingdom’s first tech accelerator. As an independent consultant, she has fundraised for Saudi companies, led localization efforts for international firms, and managed major projects such as drafting the Foreign Direct Investment regulations for the Makkah region and restructuring Jeddah Municipality’s growth and investment strategies. A Misk 2030 Leader and founding member of the Saudi Leadership Society, she continues to champion cross-border innovation, equity investment, and policy reform, impacting entrepreneurs and institutions across 57 countries.
