After a successful 17+ year journey, Sachin merged Ameyo with Exotel, Asia’s largest cloud communication platform, and acquired Cogno AI to create Asia’s leading customer engagement platform. At Exotel, Sachin focuses on building strong customer relationships and driving product innovation. Under his leadership, Exotel has become a trusted provider of cloud telephony and customer engagement solutions across India, Southeast Asia, the UAE, and Africa. Recognized in Forbes India’s 30 Under 30 list in 2015, Sachin is a prominent industry leader whose passion for innovation continues to shape the future of customer engagement.
