15 years experience in the design industry. I worked most of my career abroad: firstly in Europe,working from startups and larger organization. I then created my consulting company and consulted for international clients: From Singapore, Qatar, Dubai to Germany and USA. I developed my framework and methodologies to lead design teams and I'm currently leading a new user research unit, created from scratch. I talk about my experience through stories, case studies and interesting anecdotes about my experience in the design industry.
