She holds a Bachelor degree in Information Technology from King Saud University and a Master degree in Business Administration from Al-Faisal University. She has more than 12 years of professional experience in Technology systems and ERP, Human centred Design HCD, Government Innovation and Innovation management, Customer-Centric Service Maturity and Design. She has worked in different sectors Banking, Health care, and Government. This diversification of industries has yielded her with different perspective and expanded her horizon.
