Rami Haffar is the head of the XM technology practice at New Metrics. He leads New Metrics efforts in building cutting-edge VOC and VOE programs and digital systems to transform clients' core businesses. He also leads the firm's work in digital and data-driven customer engagement. Rami specializes in leveraging digital, data, and advanced analytics to encourage revenue growth by integrating clients' existing IT landscapes and translating data strategies into realistic, actionable implementation plans. Rami has proven to be a catalyst of CX change across the region, leading the execution of complex customer and employee experience analytics programs leveraging leading XM platforms. Rami is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) with an MBA from ESADE Business School.
