Khaled Alaa is the Head of Experience at Talabat Egypt, He is responsible for collaborating with other markets in MENA to oversee and enhance the end-to-end journey. Khaled joined Talabat in February 2022, bringing over 17 years of extensive expertise in the e-commerce industry, with a career spanning since 2006. Prior to Talabat, Khaled held the position of vendor and customer experience manager at MaxAB, a prominent B2B e-commerce platform. Before that, he served as the head of customer experience at Jumia for three years.
