Dr. Noha A. Almohaisen is a distinguished Saudi leader in quality improvement, innovation, and patient experience, with over 18 years of experience — including a decade in senior leadership roles. She has led major organizational transformation initiatives, championed patient-centered care, and consistently driven excellence in quality and safety standards.
She holds certifications in management and change from top institutions such as MIT and Oxford, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Esade. Notably, she was the first Saudi woman to earn a master’s degree in quality and safety from Harvard University.
