Ben Neo leads Zoom’s CX and Contact Center sales team across EMEA, bringing over 25 years of experience in enterprise sales and customer engagement. He played a key role in launching Zoom Contact Center, an AI-powered, cloud-native platform that combines video, voice, chat, and intelligent automation to deliver seamless customer experiences.
From his background as a Contact Center agent through to award winning Unified Communications and Contact Centre sales roles with Nortel, Vodafone, ShoreTel and Mitel, Ben has both the practical understanding of what partners and customers are looking for and also the strategic view of how today’s CCaaS and AI technology can help them achieve their goals.
Ben is a frequent speaker at CX events where he shares insights on effortless customer experience, the role of AI, and balancing automation with human empathy.
He’s passionate about building high-performing teams and helping organizations deliver faster, more personalised support through innovative CX technologies.
