He is an outstanding talent in marketing, customer experience, digital transformation, and e-commerce. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated high originality and creativity. Previously, he was responsible for the CX deputyship in HRSD, which develops service delivery channels and communication between the Ministry and its customers, including customer care and social media.
