Ms. Eman AlMutairi is currently leading Patient Experience at Health Holding Company (HHC). With extensive experience in enhancing patient experience (PX) and employee engagement, she has contributed to improving patient experience within the Ministry of Health. Throughout her career, Eman has gained expertise in driving improvements in healthcare settings, focusing on quality enhancement and patient satisfaction. She also serves as a surveyor with the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI), further showcasing her commitment to healthcare excellence and quality improvement.
