
Saad Al-Deen Hamam
As both the managing director of Horvath ME and the CX Competence Center Head in the region, Saad Hamam had the opportunity to deliver several CX mega transformation projects in the region with a focus on cascading a corporate image and values into a service experience. Most of the projects delivered by Saad and his team were mainly a translation of the vision 2030 targets for respective clients into implementable CX measures.
