Mohamed Taibah is heading CX business for Saudi Arabia. He is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of technology experience. He has played a vital role in helping some of the large enterprises in saudi arabia to transform themselves to a truly customer centric digital enterprise. He is extremely passionate about Digital Transformation and Customer Experience in particular. Under his leadership, Oracle has developed long term digital transformation business centered around customer experience with some of the leading organizations of KSA across Retail, Travel, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing Industries.

Prior to Oracle, he held Advisory role within Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia (MOTC) where was an advisor to the Minister. He also hed leadership roles with SAP, Cisco and EMC.
