Mr. Waed Al Hawamdeh has 20+ years of experience in the field of operations management, CX, and outsourcing services. He holds a master’s degree in CIS. Wa’ed started his journey with Concentrix in April 2020 and is currently leading as the Managing Director of Concentrix Jordan, UAE, and KSA. He has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation within Concentrix since joining in March 2020.

He had a significant impact on the company’s establishment and growth by bringing new global clients to be stationed for the first time in Jordan and contributed to creating thousands of job opportunities in the local market. He also participated in partnerships with the public sector, resulting in various initiatives supporting youth, the BPO sector, and the economy.
