Haya Aldharrab has over 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, governance and digital transformation with a current focus on customer experience and emerging technologies. She was involved in different national initiatives supporting government digital transformation and is the director of Digital Maturity department that focuses on raising digital maturity in different areas within government agencies.
