Imad is a distinguished Customer Service Experience Consultant and Trainer with over two decades of expertise in Services Marketing and Customer Experience. His career spans banking, consulting, event management, training, and insurance, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of customer service dynamics. Imad has trained over 7,000 professionals and consulted for more than 40 companies in the MENA region. Ranked #12 globally by CX Magazine, he serves as a judge and ambassador for international Customer Experience Awards and participated in selecting the best CX professionals worldwide. A TEDx Al-Manara Square 2022 speaker, Imad holds a bachelor's and master's degree in marketing from Jordanian universities and is a PhD candidate at Girne American University.
