Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received in full.
EFT / Direct Deposit to be effected as per bank details on the invoice.
Payment should be made within 7 days of invoice date.

Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Ejtemaat reserves the right to amend any part of the congress’ programme if necessary at any time.
Ejtemaat will not be held liable for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of attending the summit or its related events.
While every consideration has been taken when presenting the demographics of the attendees in the programme, Ejtemaat doesn’t guarantee the exact demographics of the conference attendees and cannot be held responsible for the same.

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing by email to Ejtemaat’s office. Email: info@ejtemaat.com.
Cancellations received 30 working days prior the event will receive a refund of the registration fees, less an administration charge of 100 USD of the conference fee.
Cancellations made after, as well as ‘no shows’, are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed 2 months after the event completion date only through the original mode of payment.
