Naseem Almulla
Ms. Naseem Almulla has been working around 16 years in health care, 14 of which were in leadership capacity. Ms. Naseem holds bachelors degree in Health Promotion, Master Degree in Medical Education and a Diploma in Healthcare Quality Management. Currently she is working in the Ministry of Defense Health Services as a Patient Experience Regional Head. Ms. Naseem is certified in Patient Experience Leadership and is a Trainer of Service Excellence from Press Ganey. Ms. Naseem aspires to transform health care services to become human-centric.
